How to Set "Out of Office" Hours on Business VoiceEdge

  1. Head to the Comcast Business login page here. (https://business.comcast.com/myaccount/Secure/ManageServices/BVE/AdminDashboard)

  2. Press the 'hamburger menu' at the top left of the screen and choose "Switch Account"
  3. Choose the account that mentions "Business VoiceEdge"
  4. Under 'Subscribed Services' choose "Manage Business VoiceEdge"
  5. Choose 'Advanced Settings' on the left hand menu, then 'Schedules,' then 'Office Closed,' then 'Manage Schedule'
  6. Click 'Add Event'
  7. Enter the information for your event. 
    1. Enter the event name, a start and end date, choose "All Day," and set Recurrence pattern to your desired recurrence level. If this is a "one-off" event, you should leave this on 'Never.'
    2. Press Save and you are done!
